The Church of St Deiniols is situated in close proximity to the original Itton Court, the main residence of the original Itton Estate.

The Church is used regularly as a place of worship for Itton village.

Itton Church is part of a group which encompasses St Arvans, Penterry, Devauden and Kilgwrrwg. The parish magazine for the group is called "Fiveways" and is available online at  www.starvanschurch.org.uk
